![]() With Mail, you don't spend your time clearing out your inbox. Mail has an interaction philosophy that doesn't match my needs. Unfortunately, working with Mail doesn't suit my personal style. Mail is solid and dependable and handles HTML like a dream. It's so unstable at this point that it's simply unusable. It offers few of the great advantages that made old-style Eudora my client of choice. It is, however, extremely buggy and crashy. It's an open-source email client that combines Mozilla Thunderbird with Qualcomm's Eudora's features. ![]() And with it, my PowerPC-only Eudora died as well. Last week, I finally retired my G4 Macintosh. Eudora 6.0.2 did everything I needed it to: incoming mail sorting, bayesian junk-mail filtering, and best of all, a totally kick-ass search system. I used to have the perfect e-mail client, at least for me. ![]()
